Charter Building Group was founded by Richard Donaldson in 1989 bringing years of expertise in resort development as well as prestigious residential and commercial building experience to Wilmington. For more than 20 years, Charter Building Group has specialized in construction of distinctive custom and semi-custom homes in the communities of Porters Neck Plantation, Tanbridge Park, Passage Point, Laurel Lea, Echo Farms and Marsh Oaks.
